Services

We provide junk removal, cleanouts, light demolition, dumpster rental and hauling services throughout Cleveland County, the entire Charlotte–Gastonia–Lincolnton Metro Area, and nearby North Carolina communities. All services are scheduled in advance, and free estimates are provided before any work begins.

Estimates and Payments

Pricing is based on the volume and type of material, as well as access conditions at the property. The final cost may vary if the actual load size or difficulty differs from the information provided at booking. Payment is due upon completion of the job by cash, card, or check unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. If a crew has already been dispatched, a service fee may apply.

Items We Cannot Take

We do not remove hazardous or restricted materials. This includes chemicals, fuels, wet paint, asbestos, pressurized tanks, biohazard waste, or any item prohibited by law. If conditions are unsafe or noncompliant, the crew may decline or modify the job for safety reasons.

Care and Liability

Our team performs all work with care and professionalism. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Junk Wizards LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. If liability is established, it will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.
