Customer Responsibility
Customer is responsible for the total weight of the contents placed in the dumpster(s), including all applicable disposal fees.
Customer is responsible for scheduling removal of the dumpster(s) and ensuring access is available on the agreed collection date.
Customer must ensure dumpster(s) are not overloaded. Materials may not extend above the top rail of the container.
Customer shall inspect the dumpster upon delivery and notify Junk Wizards LLC of any existing damage.
Customer is responsible for any damage to the dumpster(s) occurring while in the Customer’s possession. Upon removal, Junk Wizards LLC reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement costs attributable to such damage. Customer authorizes Junk Wizards LLC to charge any additional disposal, repair, or replacement costs to the payment method on file.
Acceptable Waste
Non-Hazardous Solid Waste Only.
Customer agrees not to place any of the following materials in the dumpster(s):
- Liquid waste
- Radioactive materials
- Volatile, corrosive, or highly flammable substances
- Explosive materials
- Biomedical, biohazardous, or infectious waste
- Toxic or hazardous materials
- Tires
- Paint or paint cans
- Batteries
- Ashes
- Oil
- Vehicle parts
- Sewage sludge
- Concrete
- Dirt
(Collectively referred to as “Prohibited Waste.”)
Title and liability for Prohibited Waste remains with the Customer at all times.
Junk Wizards LLC reserves the right to inspect, analyze, or test any materials placed in the dumpster(s).
If Prohibited Waste is discovered:
- A minimum fee of $75 per occurrence will apply
- Additional third-party disposal fees may be charged
- Removal or remediation costs will be billed at third-party rates plus a reasonable markup
Surface & Placement Liability
Customer acknowledges that Junk Wizards LLC is not responsible for damage to driveways, parking surfaces, lawns, or surrounding property resulting from delivery, placement, or removal of dumpster(s).
Customer agrees not to move or attempt to relocate dumpster(s) using personal or third-party equipment.
Payment Terms
Full prepayment is required at the time of reservation via debit or credit card. Junk Wizards LLC will retain the card on file until the account balance is paid in full.
If access to the dumpster is blocked or retrieval is impeded on the agreed collection date, a dry run fee of $150 per occurrence will apply.

How high are we allowed to fill the dumpster?
You are allowed to fill the dumpster up to the top edge of the container, but not beyond it. For safety and regulatory reasons, the contents should not exceed the rim of the dumpster. Overloading can cause spillage during transportation and may result in additional fees.
What items will incur a fee if placed in the dumpster?
Certain items may incur additional fees if they are placed in the dumpster. Common examples include tires, paint, hazardous chemicals or batteries. These items often require special handling or disposal methods due to their hazardous or bulky nature. Contact us for a comprehensive list of prohibited items and any associated fees.
How long is the dumpster rental period?
